With Yogini Lilapriya

Practice, study, transmission.

The Saturday Seminars are where we go deeper than the weekly class — into the philosophy, the texts, the inner architecture of the practice. Each month, Yogini Lilapriya opens a thread of the yogic tradition for practice and study together.

Designed for committed students — those who've walked with us through Sundays in the park, Easy Yoga or Himalayan Yoga, and want to know the "why" beneath the postures.

Not lectures — living transmission. A few hours every Saturday, once a month, the way it's been shared for thousands of years.

Format & spirit

What a seminar looks like.

📖

Practice & study

Each seminar combines embodied practice with reading, dialogue, and direct transmission — not just a class, a real session of study.

🙏

🤝

Small, committed groups

Limited seats so each participant has space to ask, integrate, and connect. For committed students who want to go beyond the weekly class.

Themes that rotate

Lilly adapts every class to whoever shows up. My mum joins me, my kids join me. Nobody feels out of place.

The silent retreat reset something I didn't know was broken. I left lighter.

Free yoga in the park, in two languages, with strangers who became friends. This is rare.

Living transmission

Go beyond the weekly class.

Once a month, on a Saturday, we step into the deeper waters of the tradition. Reserve your seat in the app, or message us if you want to know what's coming next.
