Practical tips

What to bring (and what not to worry about).

  • Yoga mat (or just come — we have spares for park sessions)

  • Water bottle, especially in summer

  • Comfortable clothes you can move in

  • Sunscreen and a hat for outdoor sessions

  • Curiosity and an open mind. That's the only requirement.

How to find us

Two locations, one community.

Sundays outdoors

Parque del Sur, Maspalomas — by the central lawn. Look for the group with mats. We start at 10:00 sharp.

Common questions

The things people ask before their first visit.

I've never done yoga or meditation. Will I feel out of place?

No. WIP is built for everyone — beginners, seniors, kids, parents, athletes. Our instructors adapt every session to whoever is in the room. There's no level you need to reach before joining us.

Do I need to register or pay before coming?

For Sunday park sessions, no — just show up. For Center classes, we recommend booking through the WIP Care app to secure your spot. You can pay drop-in at the door.

What if I don't speak Spanish (or English) well?

Our instructors guide in both Spanish and English, often switching mid-class. The body knows the practice even when language doesn't. You'll be fine.

Can I bring my children?

Yes — Sunday park sessions are family-friendly. For Center classes, contact us first so we can advise on the best fit.

What if I want to come but can't make it on Sunday?

Our Center hosts classes morning and evening throughout the week. Check the calendar to find a time that works for you.

Lilly adapts every class to whoever shows up. My mum joins me, my kids join me. Nobody feels out of place.

The silent retreat reset something I didn't know was broken. I left lighter.

Free yoga in the park, in two languages, with strangers who became friends. This is rare.
